After more than 25 years in the IT industry, Mike made the bold decision to step away from the corporate world in pursuit of something more personal and fulfilling. Driven by a desire to build something of his own and connect more closely with the community, he purchased the store and hasn’t looked back. His background in technology brings a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to the business, while his passion for creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment is what truly sets him apart.

Kim has been a trusted part of the store for over 8 years, bringing both experience and heart to everything she does. After raising her three children in Texas, she made the move to Denver and quickly became a familiar, welcoming face to customers and their pets. Known for her deep knowledge of natural and healthy pet nutrition, Kim is always ready to offer thoughtful guidance and personalized recommendations. What truly sets her apart, though, is the genuine connection she builds—she not only remembers her customers, but somehow every dog’s name too.
